Financial Aid Phone Operator: Answer incoming phone calls to the Office of Financial Aid from prospective students and parents, current students and former students; Responsible for providing information regarding financial aid, answering general questions, and transferring customers to an officer with knowledge to specific subject matter in the Office of Financial Aid; Applicants should possess a passion for Florida State, excellent customer service skills and the ability to learn new things at a fast pace.
